About the event
In this soul-nourishing session, we will honour the art of letting go, in harmony with the autumn season, by practicing qigong and meditation followed by energetic breathwork release.
Tammy Bux will lead a fall-inspired qigong sequence, designed to relax the body, calm the mind and uplift the spirit. Qigong is an ancient eastern practice that combines slow, flowing movement with mindful breathing, visualisation and meditation to clear away stagnation and bring in fresh life force energy. Through these inspiring practices, you will be empowered to recognize your own unique ability for healing and developing radiant wellbeing from within. Most of the practice is done standing with small amounts of sitting.
In the second half of the session, Ryan Washington will guide you in an energetic breathwork release experience. Through conscious breathing and felt sensation, you begin to release whatever is holding you back emotionally. The combination of breathwork, tuning forks, and energy practices creates a powerful experience that helps you connect deeply with your body, mind, and spirit. You leave the session feeling lighter, more focused, and more connected to yourself. You feel as though you've released old energy patterns and made space for new and positive experiences to come into your life.
Tickets are $45. Purchase here.
All you need is a yoga mat, bottle of water and wear layers or bring a blanket as body temperature can drop during the session.
Beginners are welcome & encouraged. We would love to see you there!
