Between Heaven & Earth - Heart-centred Movement, Meditation & Music

Join us for this unique offering of heart-centred qigong, mediation and sound healing in a picturesque private garden oasis.  

According to ancient eastern wisdom, the heart is the meeting place of heavenly energies and earth energies, where the physical & spiritual come together. 

In this soul-nourishing session we will spend time connecting with the heart through simple flowing movements and breathwork led by wellness mentor Tammy Bux accompanied by meditative sound performed by certified sound therapist Angela Jackson. 

After qigong  and meditation, we will be treated to a soothing sound bath session led by Angela Jackson.  A sound bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture the mind and body. Sound therapy instruments send out gentle vibrations bringing you into deep states of relaxation and calming your nervous system. 

There will be time to connect in community and relax in the garden after the movement and sound bath. Infused water, herbal tea & fruit will be served. This will be a small, intimate gathering so please note that places are limited. Tickets are now available for purchase.
