Join me for an inspiring journey of mindful movement, breathwork, guided meditation, reflection and community discussion. Please bring a journal, pen, blanket and pillow.
Session 1: Yoga Nidra - this ancient practice induces a state of awareness between waking and sleeping. It is a systematic form of guided relaxation, which is both meditation and mindbody therapy.
