Learn the ancient eastern art of qigong to help release stagnation in the body, mind and emotions, making space to replenish you with new, vital life force energy.

Qigong is a mindful movement practice integrating exercise, posture, breathing, and awareness. Harvard Medical School research has shown its beneficial impact on the health of the heart, bones, nerves and muscles, immune system, and the mind.

Regular practice leads to greater vitality and flexibility, better balance and mobility, and a sense of well-being, leading to a clearer, calmer state of mind with the goal of deep states of relaxation.

I provide a thoughtful and caring environment to learn a new skill or deepen your current practice and her soothing voice is the perfect medium to guide you to develop a deeper sense of serenity and stability.
