Midsummer Night's Dream - Mini Retreat

Commencing with a gentle movement session, we will connect to a luminous dream realm, led by Tammy Bux. By practicing flowing postures, mindful breathing and guided meditation, inspired by qigong and yoga, we will be guided into a state of enchantment, where the spiritual dances with the earthly.

The session will close with ethereal sound healing by Hiroko Hibbard from Healing Hado. We will immerse in soothing frequencies of crystal bowls and chimes, journeying beyond the veil into a radiant dreamscape, and a symphony of mystical resonance.

A light meal will be served at the end of the evening, to be shared and enjoyed in community.
