About the event
This informative session on QiGong will combine a talk, Q&A and experiential practice led by wellness mentor Tammy Bux, Founder of Radiance Wellbeing. Tammy will offer a demonstration including gentle stretching, joint mobility exercises, and flowing movement connected to the breath, meditation and visualisation. Participannts are encouraged to participate in the optional practice session.
Qigong is a practice that combines slow, fluid movements with mindful breathing, visualization and meditation to clear away stress and bring fresh life force energy into the body, mind, emotions and spirit.
Regular practice leads to greater vitality and flexibility, better balance and mobility, and a
pervasive sense of wellbeing. This practice is inclusive for all ages and abilities and can be done
seated on a chair or standing.
