Step into a state of profound calm and clarity with Qigong & Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation technique often called “yogic sleep.” We will begin the session with gentle flowing movements and in the second half you’ll be gently led into a place of deep rest and inner stillness. Whether you're new to qigong & meditation or simply looking for a way to recharge, this practice invites you to slow down, let go, and reconnect with yourself. All levels class - beginners are welcome & encouraged to experience the powerful benefits of this practice!
