About the event
Learn an accessible way to practice QiGong, for people recovering from injury or with mobility challenges, but also beneficial for everyone. The first 75 minutes combine slow, flowing movement with breathing, visualisation & meditation. Last 15 minutes is discussion Q&A. Beginners are welcome!
